Kayako 3.50.00 RC1
Hoje de madrugada foi liberada mais um release do kayako.
Nessa nova versão alguns dos pontos em destaque são o aprimoramento de velocidade e estabilidade no Kayako Support Suite no que diz respeito a recursos do servidor, foram atendidas algumas solicitacões de novas funcionalidades, corrigidos problemas de segurança, adicionada compatibilidade com o Internet Explorer 8 (IE8), e corrigidos dezenas de BUGs reportados pelos usuários e encontrados pela própria equipe de desenvolvimento.
Sempre lembrando que a partir da versão 3.40.00 o php 5.1.0 se tornou requisito. Então atenção a sua versão de php antes de efetuar o upgrade. Outra dica importante e sempre fazer o backup do banco de dados e dos arquivos, prevenir sempre e sempre melhor que remediar.

Incentivo a beta testers.
Como forma de incentivo aos testes desta nova versão, como sempre, a kayako está oferecendo um brinde para quem migrar sua versão para a 3.50.00 RC1 (Unstable).
